After one night good sleep, I am in Taiwan now but I still couldn't believe it.
On 16 Jan. 2014, I rushed from Sheffield to London and stayed one night there. I have to say that I am really a discount professional that my coach from Sheffield to London was only 50p (for booking fee, which means the price itself was free!). On the next day, I went to the Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 at around 13:00 and did tax refund. I planned to meet Crystal there, unfortunately her flight was at the Terminal 4. I tried to make every moment before I left UK so I walked around the shops and was looking for anything special with London style that I can bring back to Taiwan. Then, I made a phone call to Smiley, who I wanted to contact but was unable to. I really wanted to meet her as she is one of my good friends in Sheffield. It was a surprise that she was also in the Heathrow Airport. Sadly, she was outside of the board and waiting for a long queue for the tax refund and I was about to go on board so I was waiting in the boarding room. Anyway, we couldn't meet each other and could only say goodbye on the phone.
After the goodbye phone call, I then was directed to go on the flight. I was really reluctant to go on board but I had to. There were mixed feeling I suffered. I knew very well that UK actually won't be my home, however, I still love to stay there and I did have a good time during the past 1.5 years. I love the atmosphere, the freedom and the living conditions in UK. I couldn't remember how many times I had traveled back and forth between London and Sheffield. I couldn't forget the rail station and the streets in Sheffield. I couldn't tell the countless visits they I had paid to TKMaxx, as well as IC. The most important of all, I couldn't forget the happy times I had with my good friends in Sheffield, who enlightened my days there. Even some day they might forget me or they might not regard the times we had as valuable anymore, I will still remember them and the things we had been though. Especially my time with Crystal, Alex and Ilkin.
There were too much happy times in UK that they were so different from what I had experienced in Taiwan. For the sake of sadness, I couldn't help myself but dropped out tears while the flight was starting to leave the land. All the memories, all the good times and my youth, they were all gone with at that moment when the flight departures.
On 17 Jan. 2014, I arrived Taiwan. I was so sad. Everything changes.
The people on the streets are not as good looking as those in UK. The public toilets are so dirty. People wear out of fashioned clothes. The street views are ugly. The advertises on Youtube are automatically changed into Taiwanese. The power suckers are different from what I used to know in UK. The air is humidity. The past 1.5 years in UK is just like a dream and it seems to be so far from me. I was still in London yesterday and now I am in Tainan, in my room. My breakfast today cost me 70p which was unbelievable cheap and delicious. I soon adjusted myself into the living pattern in Taiwan. But everything happened to me in UK keeps lingering in my head. Are they real? I feel like I am dropped down from heaven to the normal life. The days in UK are never come back again.

2013/11/08 Merit
2013/11/08
Today is absolutely a meaningful day to me. After the fun and exhausted journey from September 2013 to Oct 2014, I finally get my master degree!
The dissertation result was released today and I wished no high result but only pass. Fortunately, god really loves me and I got merit for my degree reward! How pleasure I am!!
I have to say, without my good friends in Sheffield, I would never be able to get through the times during the whole academic year. The memory in Sheffield is definitely unforgettable to me! xoxo

UK Sheffield - Supertram
(寫於2012-10-08)
在Sheffield有一種很主要的交通工具-tram
Tram又稱輕軌,有點像捷運,
但主要行駛在路面上,速度也比捷運慢。
也因為和公車、一般客車共用馬路,
所以紅綠燈的控制在這裡就變得很重要、很精準。
Tram

2013/09/27 Dissertation
2013/09/27 Sunny
This is a meaningful day to me as I have finally handed in my dissertation!
Thanks for the support from Alex..... (cry~
However, there is still one thing to worry about. The system said that my ethical form was submitted late! I need to check again on Monday while the management school is open....
I handed in my dissertation to the new management school. The new management school is just opened this year and it is far from city center. The way to the new building follows a upward route which makes people feel tired. Luckily, I will graduate this year and don't have to go there again! lol (especially in snow day)

This is a view from the main entrance of the new management school.
A beautiful corridor inside the building. (and me with my dissertation)
Common area (it's really better than the old management school!)
After I came back to flat area, I passed by the student union. There were events for new students and one of them was lottery hold by Starbucks. Guess what? I got a bottle of coffee for free~!! I was really lucky! Free stuff really makes me happy~
2013-09-29 The Western Bank Library
2013-09-29
Today I went to the most beautiful library in University of Sheffield - Western Bank Library to print my documents as my Ucard is expired and this is the only library that accepts guests to enter into.
I love the library for its classic & modern mixed design, as well as the fantastic view outside the French doors. This library is just next to the Western Park which enables the users enjoy the great sunshine and the green lands while they are studying.
However, in the past year, I seldom came to this library because it is really far from my accommodation and the Western Bank Library doesn't open for 24 hours.

I really love the open design, especially the stairs. The atmosphere makes me feel relaxed.
Take a look of this corner, it makes study fun! It's very comfortable to sit here and have a day dream.
There is a common area in the main entrance of Western Bank Library and is usually arranged for exhibitions. The recent exhibition is about circus. The statues are so horrible that I just wanted to escape away.
The man on the right hand side is said to be the first Britain to have his whole body with tattoo.
2013/09/29 My new blog
Hello my friends,
This will be the place that I share my life with you. I am not that satisfied with the design of BLOGGER but it is convenient for me to manage as I don't have to create other blog accounts! ( I always forgot my username and passwords for many different accounts, such as yahoo mail, hotmail, PTT, google account and so on.)
When I write an article in English, please don't be scarred because I can only type simple language la. lol.
Welcome to my new blog~!
